LightLink 5.12, Inova Solutions’ flagship software platform, increases Desktop Presenter capacity and makes it easier to perform system management.
LightLink 5.12.61, Inova Solutions’ core performance management software for contact centers, increases the speed and responsiveness of the supervisor application by approximately 30%, making it easier to add and modify system users. A component of the release, LightLink Desktop Presenter v5.8.41, has been tested to an increased capacity of 8,000 users – making it easy for larger call centers to share real-time data with their in-house and at-home agents.
The release also adds easier language localization capabilities and the ability to create user ‘VIP’ lists so less active, but important, users are not deleted during a scheduled auto-sweep function. Several, small usability bugs have also been addressed in this release.
