Sales Coordinator
The responsibility of the Sales Coordinator is to assist the Inova Solutions Sales Team to meet or exceed revenue objectives by coordinating cross-functional activities and performing critical sales support tasks.
Specific Responsibilities
- Inter-departmental liaison to facilitate tasks and communication between Sales and help desk, technical project managers, accounting/legal, marketing and production.
- Sales assistance
- Prospecting research
- Answer calls, gather appropriate information and provide an excellent first impression
- Competitive Research
- Salesforce reports
- Establish and communicate Returns (RMAs) process
- Server moves, upgrades, changes
- Documents, maintain and process Purchase Contract renewals
- Special projects as assigned
- Sales Engineering assistance. Gather and relay requirements for 3rd party equipment, ceiling mounts, and floor plans.
- Manage process to discover, apply, and maintain Inova Solutions on key Preferred Vendor Lists
- Be the focal point for establishing eligibility and a process for selling to Federal, State and Local Government entities
Required Skills and Experience:
- Four Year Bachelor’s degree, minimum of two years of demonstrated success in a work environment requiring organizational and communication skills.
- Strong speaking, writing and documentation skills
- Excellent organizational and process management skills
- Assertive yet diplomatic communication style
- Demonstrated record of taking initiative and solving problems

- Technical aptitude
- Solid office computer application skills - Salesforce, Email, Word, PowerPoint, Google docs, etc.

Graphic Design Summer Intern
Inova Solutions in Charlottesville, Virginia is hiring a Graphic Design Summer Intern who will be responsible for a high-profile 8-week project: designing a collection of LCD digital signage views and templates using proprietary design software, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Successful Graphic Design Summer Intern qualities include:
- Completed at least one year in graphic design, marketing, or related area of study
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Basic knowledge of XML coding and javascript is a plus
