Software Engineer
Inova Solutions is seeking an experienced software engineer for a position in Charlottesville, Virginia . Individual will be responsible for new feature design, general programming, and documentation for an existing technology platform. Proven ability to be self-sufficient or work within a team environment.
- Minimum of Bachelors in CS, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of recent product development experience using VC++/C++ in a Windows environment
- Experience in MFC, COM, DCOM, ATL and .NET, C# is desired
- Experience in developing applications using SQL Database a plus
- Demonstrated abilities in both oral and written communications skills

Tech Support Analyst
Inova Solutions is a global high tech software company specializing in real-time communication products for business and government. Our Client Services department is currently seeking a customer Tech Support Analyst for a busy help desk. Responsibilities include:
- Providing first line technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access
- Researching solutions and providing end-user support for Inova software and hardware
- Working independently to solve problems and documenting solutions for end-users
- Following up to ensure resolution at the client site
Qualifications:
- Must have strong networking/technical skills
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN topologies and configuration
- Flair for troubleshooting
- Must be self-sufficient and have the ability to work within a team environment
- CompTIA and MSCE/MCSA certifications a plus
- Previous experience in Technical Support a plus, but not required
- Bachelor degree in CS or related field preferred
