Inova LightLink is a powerful real-time communication platform that serves as the core of the Inova Performance Optimization Suite, a family of products for increasing contact center productivity and enhancing customer service. The Inova suite leverages data from systems already in place, such as contact center solutions from Avaya, providing a real-time view of performance that cuts across systems and sites. This empowers the workforce to take immediate, informed actions based on changing contact center conditions. Inova LightLink version 5 is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Call Management System 12.0, an application that provides the information and management tools businesses need to monitor and analyze the performance of their contact center operations.
