Online Instructor-led Training

Custom online instructor-led training is available, and performed using web-sharing. This training is a great way to formally introduce new employees to LightLink, refresh and reinforce the knowledge of existing users, and gain a fresh perspective.

On-site Instructor-led Training

Custom on-site training allows new users to develop a core understanding of the LightLink software, while providing experienced users the ability to continually develop their understanding and share experience. This full day experience provides a complete understanding of navigating and utilizing the system, with the additional benefit of supervised hands-on experience with the system. The training curriculum places an emphasis on scaffolding the learning experience in order to encourage confidence in the system.

Online Self-paced Training

With a valid service contract, users have the ability to utilize our on-line training modules. These modules are available on our support site, and can be used as a foundation for new users to prepare for an upcoming training or as a way for experienced users to refresh and discover unused functionality.
