Your investment in Inova LightLink® software will allow for the communication of vital real-time information. However, the software is only as good as the users’ understanding of it. As with other types of software, a common problem with LightLink is that the relay of information from one generation of users to the next only includes the way in which the previous supervisor utilized the system. This generally does not include a complete understanding of the functionality, leading to an underutilized investment.
At Inova Solutions, we are committed to the belief that new and experienced users alike can discover functionality that will enhance their utilization of LightLink software. Because of this belief, we have developed training packages that build a strong foundation in order to encourage long-term growth. Each package includes a consultation with your trainer and evaluation of your company’s needs. Documentation will also be provided, including a customized training workbook.

- Inova OnCourse Complimentary Training - Users with a current Inova Service Agreement (ISA) receive complimentary training each month on various aspects of the Inova system. OnCourse Complimentary sessions include live Q&A with an Inova certified trainer. Sessions are also recorded and available on demand on our support site.
- Inova OnCourse Installation Training - New users are encouraged to participate in a training session upon installation of their system. This session formally introduces users to the product and offers practice in day-to-day functionality. On-site and remote sessions are available.
- Inova OnCourse Annual Training - Inova suggests that organizations participate in a comprehensive review training session annually, or as often as employee turnover requires. New users work to develop a core understanding of the LightLink software, and experienced users are able to further develop their understanding and share experiences. On-site and remote sessions available.
- Inova OnCourse Upgrade Training - Inova frequently adds new features and functionalities to its suite of reporting solutions. Users may participate in a modified training session specific to these additions. Available by remote sessions only.
- Customized Training - Organizations may request a custom training sesssion crafted specifically for their unique needs.
- Self-paced Online Training Modules - In addition to instructor-led training sessions, users with a valid service agreement may access online self-paced training modules. These modules are available on our support site, and can be used as a foundation for new users to prepare for an upcoming training session or as a way for experienced users to refresh and discover unused functionality.
