Four Tricks to a Quick and Easy Installation

In order to prepare for the installation of your new call center reporting solution, we’ve put together a short list of items that will allow for a quick and easy installation.  Our top four tips are:

1. Have office contacts available

Occasionally questions will arise about the location of equipment, where servers should be placed, etc.  It’s always a good idea to have a call center manager, system administrator and representatives from the IT and operations departments available.  Having people involved in the purchasing process in the office during installation allows for any questions or impediments to be immediately addressed and resolved.

2. Provide a detailed listing of hardware

Having a detailed list of hardware will allow Inova’s Technical Project Managers to quickly determine how the hardware should be connected with your new system for optimum performance.

3. Preparation

The final trick for achieving a quick and easy installation is to prepare, prepare and prepare some more.  The SOW provides a break down of requirements to be performed by Inova Solutions and by you, the customer.  Following the guidelines in the SOW will ensure that all necessary pre-installation items have been completed and will allow the Inova Technical Project Manager to install your new system much more efficiently.
