Inova Desktop Presenter™ delivers your call center metrics and messages straight to agent desktops to enhance decision-making and customer service. Here are some common questions we receive from contact center professionals considering an agent desktop application.
1. As a manager, can I control the size of the application?
Absolutely! Managers can have as much, or as little, control over the application as they want. Desktop Presenter can be scaled very small or as large as the manager or agent wants it. This allows for the application to easily share space with other agent desktop applications when there is limited screen space available.
2. Can I set the application to appear on top of other windows?
Yes. This feature is especially helpful for contact centers that run several programs on agent desktops at one time. To ensure data doesn’t get buried under other windows, Desktop Presenter can be configured to always be on top of other programs.
3. I need a messaging tool in addition to displaying data; can your product do both?
Desktop Presenter can be used to display data and to send messages to agent desktops. Automatic threshold messages can be easily configured to tell users when a pre-determined threshold has been reached. The message only needs to be configured once and will display every time the threshold is met. Messages can be sent on an ad-hoc basis as well.
4. What if I want data to display as a threshold message?
Data can also pop up when a threshold is met, which is useful for centers using overflow agents.
5. We have several different groups of agents in our center; will each group need to run the program separately?
No. Desktop Presenter allows for a variety of different agent groups to be created and managed from one system administrator. Separate messages and data can be set to display for each grup. Messages can also be easily configured to display to all groups if the need arises.
