1. How does your partnership with Four Winds Interactive work?

2. Does Inova LightLink™ and FWi's software fully integrate?
Yes! We have built a seamless integration with FWi Content Manager and Content Player so you can control your signs from one complete system. This keeps the learning curve low and call center ROI high.
3. What types of media can I play in my signs?
Our digital signage package offers many multimedia options to capture attention. You can embed call center video, such as Flash and live TV or satellite feeds, PowerPoint presentations, whole websites or parts of websites, and RSS feeds and more in your signs.
4. There is a lot of information I'd like to display. Am I limited to just one view?
No! Our digital signage software package allows you to create multiple views and rotate between them as needed.
5. Can I send ad-hoc and threshold messages to my displays?
Yes. Inova Solutions offers a simple messaging tool to schedule messages or send messages at your convenience. You can send scrolling text to any pre-designated area of a screen to get a message to your agents quickly, without having to design a separate sign.
6. What data sources do you connect with?
With Inova Solutions' powerful middleware product, LightLink, we can connect with virtually any data source, including automatic call distributors, workforce management systems, and ODBC databases.
7. Do I need a PC for my digital signage software?
Yes. There are a couple different options — you can use one PC to control multiple LCD signs using VGA duplication hardware, or you can control each LCD sign with an individual PC.
8. We have several shifts of agents that see different levels of activity. Is it possible to display different information for each shift?
An intuitive scheduling feature allows you to determine specific dates, days of the week, time of day, and intervals when a message will be displayed. This will allow you to completely customize what your agents see, when you want them to see it. Also, if a message is scheduled, but you find it unnecessary, it can easily be temporarily deactivated.
9. I am not graphically-saavy. How can I create professional-looking views?
You have several options for achieving professional-looking views. We have a number of pre-built templates you can choose from that we will pre-install with your system. This way you'll be ready to start using your new solution on day one. We also offer professional services to create custom signs just for your center. These custom signs will also be ready for use on day one. Creating and editing signs with FWi Content Manager is simple and you can easily incorporate content you already have, such as PowerPoint presentations and PDF documents, so you can get up-and-running quickly.
