LED wallboards vs. LCD digital signage — which is best?

For years, LED (Light Emitting Diode) displays dominated the contact center marketplace as the medium of choice for communicating operational metrics to agents. Today, LEDs are still a smart choice for call centers for a number of reasons:

• LED readerboards offer unbeaten visibility from sharp angles and far distances. Therefore, you can get away with equipping your center with fewer displays and still get your message out.

That being said, LCD call center digital signage software can create excitement in ways that LED displays cannot:
